• Confirms that a project using this technology successfully passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process and meets Philippine environmental regulations.

Intellectual Property Protection – IPOPHL Utility Model

• The machine is protected by a registered and published Utility Model with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), in accordance with Republic Act No. 8293.
  
  

• Protects functional design and technical configuration

Corporate Legitimacy – SEC

• The marketing and commercialization entity is SEC-registered in the Philippines.

• Authorized to promote, sell, and engage in commercial contracts related to the technology.
